Your advertisement banner and or page will be placed within 7 days from the time that we receive 100% content for the banner advertisement /page from you. However your billing time starts 7 days from the placement of order whether we have received your content or not. Billing on featured advertiser banners will start within 48 hours of placing the order.

Your advertisement will not be placed unless the payment is received in full either by credit card, EFT or cheque. Your advertisement banner and or page and any priority listings will be displayed on our web page for a period of 12 months upon which additional payment shall be required for renewal. Featured advertising will be displayed for the number of weeks selected.
All pricing listed is inclusive of GST and subject to change without notice.

If you want to cancel your advertisement please send us an email stating your intention and we will send you a confirmation email. Please contact us if you do not receive the confirmation email within 7 days.

Please only send us photos that you have taken yourself as any photos/text taken from magazines or other print media and other websites are copyrighted. If we become aware of any copyright breach we will immediately delete the offending photos/text. As an advertiser you take full responsibility for copyright on any information or photos submitted by you.

When your advertisement/web page is ready and displayed on our website we will notify you by email.

It is up to you to notify us of any errors or omissions ASAP and if there are any, they are not a basis for a refund. These will be rectified ASAP.

Our Garden Pty Ltd makes no guarantees of performance of your advertisement(s).
